I dont want to get used to it, and then choose beetwen older version of software or do not having this great addon. I know that there is similar script here in MoI ( ) but I`m having real trouble with understanding how to install and use it. But NURBS are tricky to mesh, so it makes sure that the vertexes touch (usually), but that causes triangles. Most of it is larger slightly curved, or flat faces, then where those connect, you’ve got a bevel (CAD usually calls it a fillet if it’s curved). Just like Chip Walters KitOps plugin for example ( ). CAD will mostly be all hard surface modeling. It is the massive addon collection that improves working with different inserts, plugs etc. But there is one reason why I still look at the Blender direction (despite the fact that I`m C4D user). This is great software, its possibilities are unlimited ( at least in the field which I`m intrested in: hard surafces etc). ![]() I figured out that the best solution for me is Moi3D which I bought few years ago. I`m more passionate then the pro so I would like to use one workflow, one software and get it know best as I can instead of switching between different programs. By the past few monts I`m struggling with the question "which software / workflow is the best for me?". ![]()
